A WERA/CCS racer brought me his 675 for a supersport racing-legal build up. After a baseline was established, (run .003, please excuse the rpm cutoff at 12.5k, I was having pickup lead problems... didn't affect the peak reading shown here) the engine came apart. The head was milled, the latest generation of our valve seat treatment was performed, a race kit gasket was installed, and the cams timed to some slightly different numbers than stock with our slotted sprockets. After some Tuneboy work, a nice result. (run .044) The bike is wearing an Arrow 2 exhaust, BMC filter, and pump gas is in the tank for both runs shown.
