I decided to play around with the airbox a bit to see if the 675 liked a filter change or possibly a larger airbox. Run 5 is with no airfilter in the standard airbox. Run 8 is with no filter and no lid. (rough simulation of a larger airbox) Run 11 is with a BMC race filter. The air/fuel traces between no filter/BMC race were virtually identical, which says to me it is worth running the filter just to keep crap out of the engine. The funny thing about removing the airbox lid, the air/fuel went richer! Sometimes testing creates more questions than answers.
This is just an interim report because I'm still waiting on my Tuneboy cable to arrive from Australia. Once I have that, I can play with the ECU and hopefully extract a few more ponies. I think the potential for 115hp is there with the proper mapping. It's a bit lean right now, but still seems to run ok on the road.
